Exchange Policy
Thank you for choosing Genera Clothing! We are dedicated to providing you with top-quality women's stitched clothes and ensuring your complete satisfaction with your purchase. In the event that you need to make an exchange, we are here to assist you with our exchange policy.
Eligibility for Exchange:
Exchanges are accepted within 1 week (7 days) from the date of purchase.
The item must be in its original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
You must provide the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Exchange Procedure:
To request an exchange, please contact our customer service team via email at generaclothing025@gmail.com within the 7-day window.
Include your order number, a clear explanation of the reason for the exchange, and clear images of the item(s) you wish to exchange.
Our customer service team will assist you through the exchange process.
Shipping the Item Back:
Once you receive your RA number, carefully pack the item(s) in their original packaging.
Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package.
Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team.
Inspection and Approval:
Upon receiving the returned item(s), our team will inspect them to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria for exchange.
If the item(s) meet the criteria, we will process the exchange based on your preferences.
Exchange Options:
You may exchange the item for a different size, color, or a completely different product of equal or lesser value.
If the desired item is of higher value, you will be responsible for paying the difference.
Non-Eligible Items:
Personalized or customized items are not eligible for exchange unless there is a defect or error on our part.
Refunds:
We do not offer refunds for exchanges. If the replacement item is of lesser value, the difference will not be refunded.
Additional Information:
Genera Clothing reserves the right to refuse any exchange that does not meet the eligibility criteria or is outside the specified time frame.
Shipping costs for the return of the item(s) are the responsibility of the customer unless the exchange is due to an error on our part.
